Need to Talk? Try “Let’s Chat”
Do you have something on your mind and want to chat? “Let’s Chat” lets you talk about a problem with a counselor from MIT Medical’s Mental Health & Counseling Service without committing to anything more. It is:
- Free and confidential
- Just drop in
- Meetings are 20 minutes
- Common concerns include stress, sadness, anxiety, difficulty adjusting, family problems, and relationship issues
- This semester, sessions will be offered virtually
